You are entitled to a copy of your MRI image. Your images are available in two formats:

CD (first copy is free, each additional CD is $5)

or

Printed Film (first copy is free, each additional copy is $5 per sheet)

To request a copy of your images, please contact our File Room toll free at 800-345-6766 or local at 208-947-6960. You may arrange to either pick them up or have them mailed to you.
