All of our technologists are American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) trained-at a minimum-with many achieving MR-certification as well. Our ongoing training is intensive-including annual re-certification in advanced MR applications, internal training, and certification programs on patient interaction, handling, safety, and emergency procedures.

Each of our technologists is an expert armed with cross training on General Electric, Siemens, and other MR systems. Each has also developed a patient sensitivity that money simply can't buy.

American College of Radiology (ACR) magnet accreditation, held by better than 60 percent of the nation's hospitals, has become the "gold standard" for ensuring the highest quality scanning capabilities. MRI Mobile was among the first in the nation to achieve this distinction in the late 1990s, and we continue to utilize a fleet of American College of Radiology (ACR) accredited General Electric and Siemens high-field magnets.

Our magnets are continually upgraded and fully equipped to provide state-of-the-art, quality diagnostic images. Each of our vans carries a full complement of body-specific coils to ensure that the final image is the absolute best it can be.

Coupled with on-board, dry-laser cameras and DiCom capabilities, our final image products rival that of many fixed-site hospital systems. In addition, all of our magnets are maintained under strict original-equipment manufacturer (OEM) maintenance agreements that yield a very enviable 99 percent uptime record.

As part of MRI Mobile's total-service approach, we work with your facility managers and IT department to ensure that equipment placement is optimal, and that all information-technology components (network hook-ups, DiCom cabling, etc.) are set to work correctly from the start. We will be with you every step of the way, down to securing the necessary power connectors and even giving input on where to locate the concrete pad, if necessary.

After the agreement is finalized, we deploy a "start up" team that will visit your campus prior to our first full day of operation. The object of the visit is to ensure greater understanding and communication between your staff and ours.

Our team will meet with your designated staff to discuss your current processes, procedures, etc. We will then collaborate with you to establish and document agreed-upon procedures for all aspects of our service to your patients and physicians. By the end of our visit, your staff will be comfortable with what to expect on the initial day of service and beyond. They will be provided with appropriate phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, and names of individuals who can answer any questions, as well as a hard copy of materials for easy reference. In this manner, each partner can understand the expectation levels of the other, and we can build a high confidence level between our organizations from day one.
